We were to develop an "alphabet" with pictographs we created derived from a chosen activity.We were to choose an activity that we were familiar with and a regular participant in. I chose dating, specifically internet dating. After choosing our activity we were to prepare a list of word and phrases associated with our activity.
Next we were to draw thumbnails of pictograms that came from our word associations. Many of my thumbnails were too illustrative to be pictographs.
Here is some of the first pictographs i rendered digitally. They were much too illustrative in many cases.
